Production Process
The current production time for our custom made products is 3-7 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Our products are custom made to order, hand-printed, hand-embroidered, one at a time.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship to a USA address. No international shipping.
After your order is completed at the printers your package is sent out to you to be shipped and you'll be able to track your package.
PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout so you can receive your package. Also, please add your apartment or suite number if you have one.
If you need to change your shipping address for any reason, please send us an email asap and we can do that for you, as long as your item has not already been shipped.
FYI: If your shipping address is wrong your package will be returned to sender and no one wants that. The USPS will take 8 weeks to return the package back to us because return shipping is on their dime.
Return/exchange/refund policy
Our return/exchange/refund policy is a standard industry policy. Due to the nature of personalized, handmade, custom-made items, all sales are final.
However, if you do receive an item that's damaged please send us an email immediately with a clear photo of the issue. We just need the photo so the production team can see their mistake and we'll be more than happy to replace the item for you.
